Privacy Policy.
What we collect on this site, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Last updated October 25, 2026.
Kingdom of God World Ministries respects your privacy. Many people come to us at a hard moment, so we handle what you share with care. This policy applies to kingdomofgod.tv and the pages, forms, videos and tools on it (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Kingdom of God World Ministries, Inc., 14131 Chambers Rd, Tustin, CA 92780, USA ("we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of privacy law, we are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact details are in section 17.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Prayer requests and praise reports: your name (if you give it), the request or story you type, the topic you choose, and any email address, phone number, state or country you add. You choose what to share. Please do not include sensitive details about other people without their permission.
- Contact messages: your name, email, topic and message.
- Volunteer sign-ups: your name, email, phone, location, the roles you choose and anything you write about how you would like to help.
- Gift requests and thank-you gifts: your name, contact details, mailing address for shipping, the gift you choose and the amount or outreach you tell us about. We do not collect card numbers through our own forms. See section 4 for payment providers.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the page where you signed up.
- Consent records: if you ask for follow-up, we keep a note that you agreed to be contacted.
Prayer requests and stories can reveal religious beliefs or health and family circumstances. This is sensitive information. We use it only to pray for you, respond to you and run the ministry, as described below, and we never use it for advertising.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our servers, analytics tools and embedded services may receive: your IP address; browser type and version; device type and operating system; language and approximate location (such as city or region derived from your IP address); the pages and videos you view and for how long; the page that referred you; the date and time of your visit; and unique identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.
Information from others
If you follow or message us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), those companies share some information with us under their own policies. We may also receive information from analytics and service providers that help us run the Site.
3. How we use information
- To read and pray over prayer requests, and to reply to messages and questions.
- To contact you with the follow-up you asked for, and to send newsletters and updates you subscribed to.
- To match volunteers with outreaches, fulfill thank-you gifts and process gift-related questions.
- To deliver, secure, maintain and improve the Site, including fixing errors and preventing spam and abuse.
- To understand how people use the Site (which programs are watched, which pages help) so we can serve people better.
- To measure and, where we use them, show and measure advertising, as explained in section 6.
- To keep records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to protect our rights, our people and the people we serve.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share a prayer request, story or photo publicly without your permission.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed and only in these ways:
- Our team and volunteers: prayer team members and staff who need it to do their work, and who are asked to keep it private.
- Service providers: companies that host the Site, deliver email, provide analytics, play video, process gifts and payments, and ship gifts. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Embedded and social services: video players (such as Castr), Google Fonts, and social platforms, as described in section 5.
- Advertising and measurement partners: only as described in section 6, and never your prayer requests or messages.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect someone from serious harm, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights and property.
- Ministry transitions: if our organization merges with or transfers its work to another ministry or entity, information may transfer with it, and we will require it to honor this policy.
- With your consent: for example, if you ask us to share your story.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, local storage and device identifiers, and we refer to all of them here as "cookies".
| Type | What it does | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | A short-lived session cookie keeps forms working and limits repeated or automated submissions. Your device may also remember small settings such as your chosen day on the schedule. | Us |
| Analytics | Google Analytics (Google Tag) measures visits, pages, videos and approximate location so we can understand and improve the Site. It sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* and sends usage data to Google. | |
| Fonts | Your browser contacts Google Fonts to load the Inter typeface, which discloses your IP address to Google. | |
| Embedded video | Our live and on-demand players are embedded from third parties (such as Castr). They may set cookies and receive your IP address and viewing data when a player loads or plays. | Video providers |
| Social | If you click through to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. | Social platforms |
| Advertising | If and when we enable advertising, ad partners may set cookies to show and measure ads. See section 6. | Ad partners |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not work as well. See section 7 for more controls. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common standard, the Site does not respond to it, but we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in section 8.
6. Advertising and third-party vendors
The Site may display advertising or work with advertising and measurement partners, now or in the future, to help fund the ministry. This section explains how that works.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this Site or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Ad partners may collect or receive your IP address, device and browser information, cookie and advertising identifiers, and information about pages and ads viewed, to show ads, limit how often you see one, measure performance and prevent fraud.
- Ads may be personalized (based on your interests or past activity) or non-personalized (based on the page you are viewing and general location). Where the law requires consent for personalized ads or non-essential cookies, we ask for it first and will not set those cookies until you agree.
- We do not use the content of prayer requests, messages, volunteer forms or any other form you submit to target advertising, and we do not share form submissions with ad partners.
- We do not knowingly show personalized ads to anyone under 18, or to children under 13 in any case. Pages that are directed to children are not used for interest-based advertising.
- We do not allow ads or ad partners to use sensitive categories of information (such as health or religious beliefs revealed in a form) for targeting.
Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can control Google ads personalization at adssettings.google.com.
7. Your choices and opt-outs
- Cookie and consent settings: use the cookie banner or consent settings link on the Site, where shown, to accept, reject or change non-essential cookies at any time.
- Browser controls: block, limit or delete cookies in your browser. On mobile, use your device's advertising-ID controls (Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, "Delete advertising ID" on Android).
- Google Analytics opt-out: install the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Interest-based ads: opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu. Opting out does not stop ads; it means the ads you see are less relevant to you.
- Global Privacy Control: turn on GPC in your browser or extension and we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for that browser.
- Email and text: see section 10.
8. Your privacy rights
California and other U.S. states
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide what you ask for and to run the ministry);
- Data portability where available, and appeal a decision on a request where the law provides; and
- Non-discrimination: we will not treat you worse for using these rights.
Categories in the past 12 months. We have collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address, online identifiers); information you provide in forms; internet and device activity (pages, videos, browser, referrer); approximate geolocation; and sensitive information you choose to include in a prayer request (such as religious beliefs or health). We disclose identifiers and online activity to analytics, hosting, email, video and, if enabled, advertising providers. We do not sell personal information for money. Where we use advertising or analytics cookies, that activity may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some laws, and you can opt out through the controls in section 7 or by emailing us.
How to make a request. Email prayer@kingdomofgod.tv or call (888) 350-9150 with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your identity by matching details you already gave us, and respond within the time the law allows (generally 45 days). An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our response.
California "Shine the Light." California residents may ask once a year which categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
9. Visitors in Europe and the UK
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases: consent (non-essential cookies, advertising, newsletters, prayer follow-up, and any sensitive details you choose to share); legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the Site and ministry, and responding to you, balanced against your rights); contract or your request (fulfilling a gift or volunteer sign-up); and legal obligation (records we must keep). Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To use these rights, contact us as described in section 17.
10. Email, text and phone
We contact you only if you gave us a way to and, for prayer follow-up, only if you said yes. Newsletters include an unsubscribe link, or you can reply "unsubscribe" or email us. For text messages, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of receiving prayer. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
11. Children
The Site is a general-audience ministry site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 or serve them personalized advertising. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians are welcome to watch with their children and to contact us with any concern.
12. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. As a general guide: prayer requests and messages are kept in our team's email for as long as needed to pray and follow up and then deleted on a regular schedule; newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe; volunteer and gift records for as long as the relationship continues and as required for accounting and tax purposes; and analytics data according to the retention settings in our analytics account (currently set by Google, up to 14 months). We may keep information longer if the law requires or to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
13. Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, the folders where we store lists are blocked from public access, and only people on our team who need it can see what you send. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not include details in a form that you would not want in an email. If a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and authorities as the law requires.
14. International visitors and transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from yours. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses used by our providers.
15. Other sites and services
The Site links to and embeds other sites and services, including partner and outreach sites, video players, payment pages and social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their policies before you share information.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site, our practices or the law change. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we will give more prominent notice and, where required, ask for your consent again.
