Terms of Use.

1. Accepting these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Kingdom of God World Ministries, Inc., 14131 Chambers Rd, Tustin, CA 92780 ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to kingdomofgod.tv and the pages, videos, audio, forms, tools and any related services (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are under 18, please use the Site with a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Using the site

Our programs and this Site are free to watch and use for personal, non-commercial purposes. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view and stream the content and use the Site's features as they are offered. Some features, such as live captions or voice in your language, may use automated translation and may contain errors.

3. Acceptable use

Please use the Site kindly and lawfully. You agree not to:

• break any law or the rights of others, or post or send anything unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene or deceptive;
• submit false information, impersonate someone, or send a request, gift order or sign-up on behalf of another person without their permission;
• send spam, advertising, solicitations or chain messages through our forms;
• copy, scrape, harvest, re-upload, re-broadcast, sell or commercially exploit the Site or our programs by automated or manual means without our written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, probe or test its security, bypass any protection, or introduce viruses or harmful code;
• generate artificial views, clicks, impressions or form submissions, or otherwise manipulate any analytics, advertising or viewing numbers; or
• use the Site in any way that could harm minors or exploit anyone.

We may remove content, block access or refuse service at any time if we believe these rules have been broken.

4. Our content and intellectual property

The videos, audio, music, teaching, writing, graphics, logos, names ("Kingdom of God", "Kingdom Impact Project" and others) and design on the Site belong to Kingdom of God World Ministries or the people who made them and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Some music, scripture translations and third-party material are used under license and remain the property of their owners. You may share links to our pages and programs and quote small portions with credit and a link back. Please ask us in writing before you copy, re-upload, redistribute, sell, adapt or use our content or marks for any other purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. What you send us

When you send a prayer request, praise report, message, volunteer sign-up or gift request, you confirm that the information is accurate and yours to share, and that it does not break anyone's rights. You give us permission to use it to pray, respond, fulfill your request and run the ministry. We will not share your story publicly without your permission, and if you give permission we will use it only in the way you agreed to, and you may withdraw it for future use at any time. Anything you submit as a public comment, testimony or feedback may be used by us without payment or credit unless you tell us otherwise in writing. Prayer submissions are not a way to report a crisis or emergency (see section 6).

6. Prayer, teaching and professional advice

Our teaching, devotionals, prayer and ministry offer spiritual encouragement and reflect the beliefs described on our beliefs page. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, psychological or other professional advice and do not replace a qualified professional. Do not delay or stop medical or mental health treatment because of anything you read, hear or watch here. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome from prayer or ministry.

In an emergency or crisis: if you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States). In the U.S. you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Our prayer line and forms are not monitored as emergency services and responses are not immediate.

7. Giving, gifts and volunteering

• Gifts are voluntary. A gift is a donation to support the ministry and its outreaches, not a purchase. Thank-you gifts are offered as a token of appreciation, are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of similar value.
• Use of funds. We use gifts for the outreach or purpose you choose where possible. If a project is fully funded, cancelled or cannot be carried out, we may use the gift for a similar ministry purpose. Final decisions about the use of funds rest with our board and leadership.
• Refunds and receipts. Gifts are generally non-refundable. If you made a gift by mistake or were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly at prayer@kingdomofgod.tv or (888) 350-9150 and we will review it. We provide receipts as required by law; tax treatment depends on your circumstances and country, so please consult your own tax adviser.
• Payments. Online gifts are processed by third-party payment providers on their own secure pages under their terms and privacy policies. We do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give them.
• Volunteering. A sign-up is an expression of interest, not a guarantee of a role. Volunteers are not employees, may be asked to complete background checks or training for roles involving children or vulnerable people, and agree to follow our safeguarding and conduct guidelines. We may end a volunteer relationship at any time.
• Impact statements. Examples such as "a week of meals for a family" illustrate the kind of work a gift supports; they are not a promise that a specific dollar amount pays for a specific item or person.

8. Advertising and sponsors

The Site may show advertising, sponsorship messages or links from third parties, and may use advertising and analytics partners as described in our Privacy Policy. Ads and sponsors are provided by third parties; their appearance is not an endorsement by us, and we are not responsible for what they promote or for any dealings between you and an advertiser. Do not click on ads for the purpose of generating revenue for us or anyone else, and do not use any method to artificially increase ad views or clicks. Ads are labeled where required and we do not place them inside prayer or other form-submission flows.

9. Third-party sites and services

The Site contains links to and embeds content from other sites and services, such as Kingdom Impact Project, video players, podcast and social platforms, and payment pages. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, or how they handle your information. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact at prayer@kingdomofgod.tv (subject: "Copyright notice"), including: your signature; a description of the work; the URL of the material; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We may remove the material and notify the person who provided it, who may send a counter-notice. We may end access for repeat infringers.

11. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used and is part of these Terms. By giving us your email address or phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive communications from us, which you can stop at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to a text.

12. Availability and changes

Programming, schedules, features and the Site itself can change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time without notice. We work to keep the Site and streams running, but we cannot promise they will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate or error-free. Live broadcast times, program descriptions and pricing or availability of thank-you gifts may change.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be free of viruses or harmful components. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom of God World Ministries, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, content you find on it, or third-party sites and services, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Kingdom of God World Ministries and its directors, officers, staff and volunteers from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit that violates the law or another person's rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If that does not work, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

17. General

• Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date; if you keep using the Site after that, you accept the update.
• Severability. If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights; we may transfer ours as part of a merger or transfer of our ministry.
• Accessibility. We want the Site to work for everyone. If you have trouble using any part of it, tell us and we will help.
